Do I need to make a reservation for Open Play?
Reservations are strongly recommended to guarantee your spot, especially during peak times, but walk-ins are welcome if space allows.
What ages is Hang Time Play Cafe best for?
Our play space is designed for children ages 0–6, with age-appropriate activities and equipment.
How much does Open Play cost?
Please see our Open Play page for current pricing. Sibling discounts are available, and infants under 6-months play free with a paid sibling.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Outside food is permitted, but we offer a variety of snacks, drinks, and light bites in our cafe.
Outside drink IS NOT permitted, we have a full service cafe for you to enjoy. Water bottles are an exception and we have a water-bottle filling station as well.
Do you host birthday parties?
Yes! We offer multiple party packages, from simple space rentals to full-service celebrations with decorations and setup included. Visit our Parties page for details and pricing.
What’s included in a party booking?
All party packages include private use of the play space, tables and chairs, and assistance from a party host. Additional details are listed on our Parties page.
Are socks required?
Yes, grip-socks must be worn by children and regular socks by adults in the play area for safety and cleanliness. If you forget yours, socks are available for purchase at the front desk.
Can I drop my child off?
No. Hang Time Play Cafe is a parent-supervised space. Caregivers must remain on-site during the child’s visit. **Stay tuned for exciting drop-off hours.
Do you offer memberships?
Yes! Our membership plans include unlimited Open Play, discounts on parties, and access to members-only events. Visit our Membership page for details.
